II Inspection & Standards

Auction Locator LLC utilizes Master ASE Technicians to ensure only top-tier inventory (approx. 20%) qualifies for auction.

Limitations: Buyer assumes responsibility for final evaluation. Inspections are non-exhaustive.

III Payment Policy

Methods: Bank Wire or ACH only. Checks NOT accepted.
Deadline: Payment must be initiated within 24 hours of successful bid.
Default: 10% liquidated damages fee, account suspension, and credit reporting.

IV Delivery Services

Timeline: 5–10 days (USA) / 22 days (Canada).
Rate: Free first 500 miles; $1/mile thereafter.
Insurance: Up to $300,000.00 coverage based on value.

V Warranty Program

Standard: 14-Day limited mechanical warranty.
Extended: Up to 5 years total coverage available.
Co-Pay: $50 per service visit (adjustable).

Third-Party Notice: AAA is a facilitator; payments are remitted directly to the authorized vendor.

VI Return Policy

14-Day Guarantee: Valid if returned in original condition with written notice.
Eligibility: Full refund within 14 days (unmodified, no buyer-caused damage).
Exclusions: Modified, accident-damaged, or loan-collateralized units.
Process: Contact support before 5 PM CST; AAA manages all logistics.

VII Ownership & Legal

Title Transfer: Must be completed within 30 days or $25/day late fee applies.
Jurisdiction: Governed by Florida law. Disputes litigated in Broward County.
Resolution: Mandatory binding arbitration (AAA) in Broward County, FL.
Waiver: Class action waiver applies to all claims.
